Order & Delivery
1. What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times then depend on the chosen carrier, between 2 and 5 working days for mainland France.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to several European countries. Delivery costs and times are automatically calculated when you place your order based on your destination.
3. How do I track my order?
As soon as the shipment is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find this link in your customer area.
Payment
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and certain deferred payments such as Klarna or Alma if activated.
5. Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are secured through a certified payment platform. Your banking information is never stored.
Exchanges & Returns
6. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Products must be in their original condition. Contact us before returning.
7. Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Yes, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective. In this case, we will send you a prepaid return label.

8. Are the games suitable for children?
Yes! Each product indicates a recommended age range. All our games have been tested and comply with the European standard EN 71 for toy safety. Don't hesitate to consult the product sheet or contact us if you have any questions: we are here to help you choose the most suitable game. Some games are designed for toddlers, others for older children or adults.
9. Where are your products manufactured?
Much of our product range is made in Thailand and Poland. We favor sustainable materials, especially wood.
