1 – Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between the company Jeux Faugère SARL , hereinafter referred to as "Jeux Faugère", and any person making a purchase on the website www.jeuxfaugere.com .
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs, without reservation.

2 – Prices and taxes

The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros. They are net of VAT (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI).
Delivery costs are not included and will be added when the order is confirmed.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but items will be charged on the basis in effect at the time of order.
Deliveries are limited to mainland France. For all other destinations, please contact us.
The photos and product visuals are not contractual and may differ from the final product.

3 – Delivery

The customer agrees to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Jeux Faugère declines all responsibility in the event of an address error or omission.
Depending on the volume or availability of items, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
In case of product received in error, the customer must return it within 7 days in its original condition and packaging.
The transfer of ownership is effective upon delivery of the package.
Indicative delivery time: 5 working days maximum.

4 – Payment

Payments are made in euros, by:

- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal,
- PayPal account,
- Bank check (drawn on a French bank, payable to Jeux Faugère SARL, sent to the company's postal address, accompanied by the order summary).

5 – Legal guarantee

The seller remains bound by the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-12 of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code).

6 – Right of withdrawal / Return / Exchange

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties (excluding return costs).
Items must be returned in perfect condition, complete, and in their original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Reimbursement is made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
An exchange is possible depending on stock availability.

7 – Protection of personal data

Jeux Faugère SARL collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and the amended Data Protection Act.
The data collected is used only for processing orders and customer relations.
The customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete their personal data by writing to contact@jeuxfaugere.com .
Cookies may be used to improve the user experience. The user can refuse them in their browser settings.

8 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the place of domicile of the defendant or, at the plaintiff's choice, that of the place of actual delivery.

9 – Photographs and contents

In an effort to constantly improve the quality of its products, Jeux Faugère SARL reserves the right to regularly modify the visuals presented on the site.
Photographs and videos are not contractual.
All visual and textual content is the exclusive property of Jeux Faugère SARL and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
